Yes. Unless you consider washing it every day with shampoo TAINTING it.

Yup, but due to the amount of money I've put into equipment, I am charging for it, and they're not 40 second blurbs like they were in the beginning.

Yes. 10 years of my childhood. Always made for great stories of how I look American, but didn't know what the show Survivor was.

BANDS

Moxy Früvous - My favorite band ever, ranging from serious to silly, a capella to ROCK BAND. Alas they have been on "hiatus" for about 3 years now (meaning they've broken up :( ). I never got to see them in concert....

Gentle Giant - Just about THE most progressive rock band of the 1970s - they someone opened my eyes (or ears) to combining the compositional experimental side with the rock side.

The Bobs - One of the original ALTERNATIVE a capella groups. They've not broken up, but I'd have to drive to Wisconsin in Sept. to see their next show anywhere near me

Ben Folds (Five) - I actually HAVE seen Ben Folds in concert. Weeee!! Though I wish I could have seen him with Darren and Robert when the three of them made five....

They Might Be Giants - The kings of ambiguous audacious aptitudulous abdicationalificalism. Or, they just sing about whatever. You might see where I got my inspiration. But then you'd have to see the music....

Olivier Messiaen (1908 - 1992) - French composer who pretty much has influence on ANY modern composer.

Charles Ives (1874 - 1954) - American composer who wrote things so far ahead of his time, and was able to sneak humor in quite frequently.

I also have a lot of classical guitar/spanish influences, plus some jazz experience.

Never. My classical guitar background has helped me realize that with 4 very agile picks on my fingers I can do a lot more things that one pick. However, it does mean I have to grow out my nails and get weird looks from people wondering about my sexual orientation.

In the U.S., the Kansas City Royals (no matter how much they stink - that's called "not being a fair-weather fan" *glares at the 30% of Missouri who shifted to being Cardinals fans*).

In Japan, the Fukuoka (once Daiei - now) Softbank Hawks. Everyone made fun of me for being a fan for 10 years until 1999 when they started winning. If the pattern continues, the Royals will start winning in 2008 or 2009.
